About Me
Hi! My name is Chamtara. I am a Registered Massage Therapist operating in Woodbridge, Ontario. I was born in Calgary, Ab. My parents landed in Canada after fleeing from the genocide regime in Cambodia. Growing up, I used to hear the horror stories of what their family and friends went through. That led to me want to work in a field where I can help others.
I graduated in Calgary as an RMT in 2012, worked in Chiropractic settings for 6 years. I then extended my learning in Toronto and graduated once again in 2025. I have experience from treating injuries, athletes, fascia release, lymphatic to swedish massage. My experience allows me to tailor treatments to fit my clients needs. I am now accepting client bookings online!

A specialized, light-pressure massage that encourages the movement of lymph fluid throughout the body. It is often used to reduce swelling, support post-surgical recovery, and enhance the body’s natural detox process. Multiple sessions is reccomended for optimal results.
